- The Fixed LTE Internet line will be geo-locked (Locked to a location provided by the customer) and is not a viable solution for travelling. (See bottom off page for relocation rules)
- This package will only work with compatible routers (see list mentioned in option 1)
- The package is a No Term Commitment package (Month to month)
- A one calendar month's notice is required for cancellation (All requests for cancellations must be sent through via email to support@gekkotech.co.za)
- A copy of the Customer's ID and a proof of residence is required to activate the sim card.
